Please include your product name, order reference, device and browser, and a short description of what happened. If you send a screenshot, use fictional example details.
Please don’t send participant, client, health or private guest-list information. We can usually start with a description of the issue.
Downloads and product requirements
Payhip provides checkout and digital delivery. Your purchase confirmation contains the download link. Meal Board is for Windows computers using Chrome or Edge; Guest List Check is for Windows desktop Chrome.
